Lina’s Mexican Restaurant now has two locations in Wichita. Their second location is now open at 4910 E Central in the former Jacky Chan Sushi, Sit @ Thai Express and if you are even older to remember, Taco Shop.
Their original location is at 3570 N Woodlawn which we reviewed in July 2015.
There are some differences between the locations so be aware.
The second location is MUCH smaller with only seating for 18 people inside. The second Lina’s is also open from 6 am – 10 pm which means they close earlier than the original location. At the original location, you’re also given complimentary chips such was not the case at the location. The last difference which may not be a big importance to the majority of people is they do not accept the original location’s punch card. I just randomly happened to have one on me and was told they don’t take it. Yet I saw the exact punch card sitting on the register there. Such is life……
Their menu, I believe is the same and will be posted at the end of this article for your reference. The drive thru is up and running for those on the go.
If you’re a fan of Lina’s and what they offer, this is good news for you. It’s quick Mexican food that will fill you up. Don’t expect really authentic stuff here. Keep all that in mind and you should be good to go.
