Did you know “wine” is really just the word WIN with an E at the end? That’s what I read online so it had to be true.
In Wichita, the latest win just happens to be wine slushies now available at Cocoa Dolce at Bradley Fair. When word came out these were available, many of my friends were excited. While I’m not the most avid wine drinker, I wanted to make sure I had the most complete review of these cold treats. So what did I do? I went multiple times.

The wine slushies are $6.45 a piece.
If you are into happy hours, Cocoa Dolce has them for a dollar off between 4-7pm on Monday thru Fridays. By my math, that’s a whopping $5.45!
You also get your choice of a red wine slushie made with a red blend and mixed rose petal champagne to create the slushie. Or there’s the white wine slushie made with a Moscato and mango sorbetto.
Customers can also ask for other drinks to be turned into slushies if wine isn’t their thing. You can also add champagne if you wish or other beverages like lemonade, hot chocolate, etc.
From everybody who tried it, the white wine slushie takes exactly like mango sorbetto. You can’t even tell there’s wine inside the slushie. One would be plenty though as two would just be too much mango. The red white slushie meanwhile takes just like red wine but in slushie form.
The general consensus was they were well received. If you love red wine, you can’t go wrong with the red wine slushie. If not, then try the white wine slushie. It was a great post dinner drink after having lunch at Il Vicino next door. While we were outside, so many passerby’s at Bradley Fair commented how much they loved the wine slushies.
Or put it this way, I’m not an avid wine drinker and I’ve gone three times already. Give these a try for yourself……….only if you’re 21 or older and let us know what you think!
