New seafood restaurant specializing in crawfish opening November 17

Mama Nith's Crawfish

Mama Nith’s Crawfish is officially arriving in Wichita with their own standalone restaurant. After serving their food in little pop-up stands at such places as Emerson Biggins downtown and at the Laos Temple, they are ready to make the big step. The new location will be at 604 S. Topeka.

Mama Nith’s Crawfish has passed inspections and will officially open Saturday, November 17 at 11am.  Here’s what they have listed for the big day.

Come out and help us celebrate our special day!
There will be live music, contests, free food giveaway, merchandises, and music by Smooth T!

Also, we will have our new merchandise available!

Lots of fun!!

Fun fact: this is also our 11th wedding anniversary! Extra special day for us!! Can’t wait to see you all there.

Mama Nith’s Crawfish will serve all sorts of Cajun seafood dishes. They’ll have shrimp, crabs, lobsters, clams, and of course their ever popular crawfish. Houston, TX is a hotbed for Viet-Cajun crawfish and they are ready to popularize that here in Wichita where there’s already a big Vietnamese community.

We’ll be sure to have a followup when they open. In the meantime, we’ve added Mama Nith’s Crawfish to our directory of restaurants. There we have a big listing of opened, closed and restaurants coming soon. If you end up going on opening day, feel free to share your thoughts in our Wichita By E.B. Foodies Discussion group on Facebook.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
