We broke the news earlier this month that a new unique ‘nachoria’ was coming to Wichita inside the live music venue Wave. Their official grand opening takes place on Friday, December 21 but we stopped in this week to get a first hand look at what you can expect at Adios Nachoria at Wave.

The eatery is located inside Wave. On your visit, you order everything at the bar and they bring the food out to you. The menu was designed to be mobile friendly so you could easily dine on them at concerts. For now it consists of tacos, tortas, burritos but most importantly nachos. You choose your nachos which come with white corn chips and then there’s a list of 13 toppings add your disposal.
We loved the flavor of the queso, there was certainly plenty to go around. We went with the Nachos Mama option which came with three toppings. It made for a perfect dish to share with multiple people. The tacos were also delicious with the only criticism being the tortillas fell apart fairly quickly. If you’re curious, the tortillas comes from Rodriguez Tortilleria.
Nacho fans have been put on notice. If you’re a fan of chips, queso, and a whole load of toppings thrown over the top, this is right up your alley. I’d love to hear what you think.
Adios Nachoria at Wave is officially open now but their big grand opening takes place Friday.

Happy Dining,

Wow, seems expensive for so little.
I wonder how large the servings are.
One could easily spend $20 on a nacho plate.
And $10 for a torta???
It’s a sandwich man, not steak.
