Some messages starting pouring into my inbox today telling me about the demise of Julius Rib Cage. I didn’t believe it but had to go find out for myself.
Knowing that the old broken signage could be a little misleading, I decided to drive by because that would be some devastating news for the Wichita food community if that was the case.
Come to find out, the owner was just having a little break. A sign posted outside of the building said Julius Rib Cafe will reopen Thursday (5/30). So to dispel the rumors and prevent fans of theirs getting upset, they are in fact still open.
