Whether you’re a family that loves to go camping or just hangs out in the backyard with the chiminea, hopefully this blog is something you’ll find useful. Stuffed Puffs are now available in Wichita. They are marshmallows filled with real chocolate making s’mores so much easier!
I received word that they hit Wal-Mart shelves. I found out they were in stock at the west Kellogg Wal-Mart so made the drive and purchased a bag for $4.
Per their press release: “the chocolate melts while the marshmallow toasts,” so you can simply toast your puff then place it between two graham crackers. This marshmallow eliminates the hassle of juggling (and trying to easily bite into) two crackers, a hunk of chocolate, and a fluffy marshmallow.
We make plenty of s’mores in the summer time and getting the chocolate at the right texture can be tough. These marshmallows were brilliant by design and one of those “Why didn’t I think of that?” ideas!
We gave them a try over the weekend and loved every second of it. My skills in the chimenea were a little rusty but the end result was still an ooey-gooey S’more with a great marshmallow to chocolate ratio. I ended up eating a couple marshmallows by itself as well. The chocolate untouched by fire was pretty firm; Not too soft but also no where near as hard as Hershey’s chocolate bars.
I haven’t seen these in any other stores yet but if you can grab your hands on some to try at least once, please do. You’ll love it!
