It’s a place you should never leave hungry. If you remember Gaga’s Grub taco truck, this is your chance to have their tacos in an all-you-can-eat setting and finally get your hands on the widest selection of salsas I’ve seen at any restaurant. Here is Gaga’s Grub Taco Joint and Carry Out.

3080 W 13th St N
Wichita, Kansas 67203

Tuesday – Saturday: 11am – 2pm

Cash/Card Accepted

Let’s start off with the details. The buffet costs $11 for adults and $6 for kids. It’s available Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 2pm.

The buffet line is certainly one of the more unique ones you’ll find in town. It’s served out of a vehicle that owner Dustin Presley chopped up himself.

The buffet line includes your choice of soft flour tortillas or fried corn chips. Protein options include pulled pork, marinated chicken and chickpeas for those wanting a vegetarian option.

After that you make your way over to the toppings and salsa bar seen below.

There were 16 homemade salsas and sauces to choose from. I’m a huge condiment fan and tried to make it through as many of them as possible. I ended up pouring two salsas/sauces per taco. Some of my favorites included the jalapeno hummus, blueberry bbq, mango chile and pineapple pico.

I loved it. Between the proteins, my favorite was the pulled pork. My friends and I have been avid fans of the Gaga’s Grub taco truck so with the colder weather coming and the truck closing, this was a great option to get their tacos especially at an all-you-can-eat setting.

Aside from the food, everybody there at the taco joint is just down to earth. I love the laid back ambiance and the happy go lucky vibe of the restaurant. Along with their blind course private dinners at his P.M. Sessions next door, it’s one of the dining options that doesn’t get the appreciation it deserves around town.

Do yourself a favor and check out the taco joint or one of his private dinners with friends.
