Have you ever heard of Grandma Thuy’s Eggrolls?
They were a home-based business that sold delicious Vietnamese egg rolls that has expanded to a brick & mortar restaurant.
My family had the opportunity to try some a month ago and really enjoyed them. We’ve been chomping at the opportunity to get our hands on some more and it looks like our chance will be this Friday.
Grandma Thuy’s new restaurant is located at 8728 W Maple. They will celebrate their grand opening on Friday at 10:30am.
