Lots of emails and messages have come in over the past few weeks asking about Sam’s Southern Eatery who has closed the past few months. We have good news for you.
The west side restaurant serving Southern cuisine reopened over the weekend. After a small delay, Sam’s Southern Eatery had their dining room ready to go for diners as of Tuesday. They are fully operating now with dine-in and take out options.
If you’ve never been, the restaurant is located at 6600 W Central in the same attached building as Green Olive Restaurant. They arrived in Wichita back in January but closed temporarily once COVID-19 picked up. Their menu consist of Po’ boys, burgers, seafood, chicken and an assortment of other fried items.
