Be on the look out for Ray’s Food Express. They are a brand new food truck that could be opening any day now.
Ray’s Food Truck passed their inspection and hope to be open by Thursday. While their menu hasn’t been released yet it will contain many comfort food favorites including BBQ, fried whole catfish, catfish fillet, fried chicken wings and more.
We will definitely give them a visit once they go live with their truck and give you a first look at what to expect.
Until then, you can follow Ray’s Food Express on Facebook to stay up to date on when they will open and where they will be at.
