When it comes to BBQ food trucks, Wichita has had a good selection to choose from. But one truck has decided to close down permanently. Four Star BBQ made the announcement Tuesday evening that they decided to close their business.
The food truck originally started out as a restaurant back in 2014 when it was located at 2555 W Pawnee St. They since converted over to a food truck operation in recent years.
They were often found at food truck events around town including mainstays at the ICT Pop-Up Park.
