After news of Gabby’s Peruvian Carryout would close within the next few weeks, another blow to our dining scene was announced earlier today. Thai Riffic Food Truck announced they would close next week for good with the following message:

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, and family circumstances we will be unfortunately closing our Food Trailer. Next week will be our LAST WEEK out! We Thank You for all your support to Thai Riffic for all these times.

Thai Riffic Food Truck will be out this weekend at the Lowes Derby Parking Lot from 4-8pm on Friday and Saturday. Orders can be placed ahead of time by calling 316-469-4199.

The food truck has been around for a couple of years and dished out some of the most amazing Thai food. I have swung by many times and fell in love with their food the first time I tried it. It’s unfortunate and upsetting to see another loss in our dining community.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
