You have two weeks left to get your fill of Barn’rds Restaurant at their original location at 2037 N. Woodlawn. After that, the east side of Wichita will no longer be able to call Barn’rds home as doors will close for good on Friday September 4.
The restaurant which has operated for over 35 years at 21st and Woodlawn will move on to bigger pastures at their new location at 3860 N Maize Road. Their new building will have more space and a patio.
The decision to move out west wasn’t an easy one but has been coming for some time.
After the original location closes, the new west side location will celebrate their grand opening on Tuesday, September 15.
