A brand-new rockabilly bar with cool vibes just opened up in Delano called The Rockin Billy Goat. It’s located right next door to Club Billiards on the south side of Douglas. My friends and I wanted to meet up for drinks, so we chose this new bar to check out what you can expect.

The new bar has live music on the weekends and offers a chill place to drink with craft beer and cocktails on hand.
It’s a narrow little bar that still has plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table in the back and a handful of TV’s including one big one on one of the walls.
They do have a limited food menu (available below) that offers chips and salsa, quesadilla and rice, street tacos and taquitos.
We stopped in one day when there wasn’t live music going on. We found the Rockin Billy Goat to be a nice hangout spot. It had the dive bar appeal with a quiet, relaxing unassuming atmosphere where friends could get together, have real human interaction, and enjoy being out of the house. It was right up our alley, and we thoroughly had a good time with great service.
Our bar industry has been getting rocked and kicked in the teeth for most of 2020. My buddies and I hope to get together a little more often and show some love to our bar scene (especially our dive bar scene). If you want chill, the Rockin Billy Goat has got you covered.
