Gaga’s Grub ending operations in Wichita effective immediately

Perhaps you’ve sat at the table pictured above before. If you haven’t, you missed out on a great meal courtesy of P.M. Sessions at the Canvas ran by the owner of Gaga’s Grub, Dustin Presley. It was a multi-course blind meal with 10-13 courses and one of my top five favorite meals I’ve ever had in Wichita.

The building also housed Gaga’s Grub where an all-you-can-eat taco buffet was held.

On Friday night, Presley held his final P.M. Sessions at the Canvas meal and made the decision to end operations in Wichita. With that the multi-course blind meals, the taco buffet, and the former Gaga’s Grub taco truck are all gone.

Presley went public with the news on Friday evening in a Facebook post.

I have long been a huge fan of Presley’s work with his taco truck, the short-lived Italian food truck called Lil Itlee all the way to his blind dinners. He has always been a down to earth, charismatic and charming individual that just happened to dish out some bomb ass food.

I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors and hope our paths can cross again.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
