Every year St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church has a big Vietnamese cookout where you can purchase traditional Vietnamese dishes to go. Unfortunately, this year they had limit things which was a huge blow to one of their biggest fundraisers
Two weeks ago, they had a small limited run of egg rolls and crab rangoon they sold. There were many people who missed out on the event and they are having it one last time.
This Saturday, August 29, they will be selling Vietnamese egg rolls and crab rangoon which are fried on spot or you can have frozen to fry later, lo mein and fried rice.
The church located at 2701 S Pattie will have them ready for pick up this Saturday between 3pm and 5pm. They are asking you place pre-orders by emailing them at smylelaugh@hotmail.com and payment can be made via PayPal. There will be a limited quantity available that day for those that don’t pre-order by the 28th.
The pricing for the fundraiser is as follows:
Banh Hoi Thit Heo Quay (noodles with crispy roasted pork belly) – $10.
I’ve had them all and it’s fantastic and just like what I grew up on. I could easily go through tubs of lo mein.
Shoot them an email or call/text one of the numbers below, and eat for a good cause.
Happy Dining,
Eddy
