They closed a month ago but as they say, “Once a cook, always a cook.” Thai Riffic Food Truck announced today they intend to return.
The Thai food truck was a staple in Derby, KS and often found parked at Lowe’s dishing out many traditional Thai favorites.
They were definitely one of my favorite food trucks and one I’d stop by every so often. At the current moment, Thai Riffic is working on some upgrades to their truck and plan to let everybody know on their Facebook page when they will be back up.
