The restaurant closed earlier this year at their original location of 511 S. West Street during COVID-19, but now they plan to reopen in October at a new location. Crazy Crab Seafood Restaurant has found a new space at 779 N West Street.
Some of you may be familiar with past businesses there like El Matador Mexican Restaurant, Soggy Bottom, or Corky’s Pub & Grub.
The latest restaurant will serve seafood options like shrimp, crawfish, mussels, clams and of course crab legs. When they were open in 2019, they also had many fried items to choose from.
Crazy Crab appears to be opened by the same group that owned the previous one.
When I spoke to one of the employees, they told me that they plan to open in a couple of weeks.
