Ricos Elotes Y Mas makes the move to prime time at Towne East Square

For the longest time inside Towne East Square, perhaps you saw this little kiosk area for Rico’s Elote Y Mas.

All that has now changed. The little Mexican stand just outside of the main food court area got called up to the big leagues. They can be found in the center of the food court. I stopped by and was told they made the move within the past month. They are now located next to Charley’s Philly Steaks.

The new space allowed them to expand on their limited menu. They have added more elote, platillos featuring burritos, gorditas, quesadillas, nachos, tacos, tortas, menudo, posole, tamales, seafood, chile rellenos, breakfast burritos, dessert and more.

It now feels like more of a full-fledged restaurant than a small kiosk.
