Since restaurants began closing back in March, one of the few places yet to reopen has been Arbuckle Mountain Fried Pies. It looks like that will now be permanent as the Park City establishment made it official earlier today via a Facebook announcement.
Arbuckle Mountain Fried Pies arrived in Park City back in 2017. I remember going during the opening and loving their savory pies like the pepperoni one. Unfortunately, our dining scene will lose one more local business.
For those who are big fans though, all is not loss. There is still a kiosk location at 8520 W 13th St. at the same corner as the Ziggy’s Pizza west location at 13th and Tyler. That is still up and running and their mobile food truck will be operating once the warmer weather arrives.
