Who doesn’t love beef jerky? I certainly do. Recently, I came across a producer of beef jerky called Chaooo Beef Jerky. It’s a local owned and operated home-based business ran by the Villescas family. They are licensed to sell and ship all over the country.

I reached out to Chaooo Beef Jerky to place my order. To put it simply, it was so good I’ve been twice already.
While they do shipping, I opted to do a local pickup which was in the southwest part of Wichita.
So far, I’ve had two of their flavors: spicy and lemon pepper.
Their beef jerky known as Carne Seca is a dried beef which is different from what you see from many of the national brands. The jerky isn’t as moist or tender but it packs so much more flavor.
I loved the seasoning on both the lemon pepper and the spicy. Those of you who love heat, would enjoy Chaooo’s spicy beef jerky. It definitely packs a punch. Their lemon pepper had a beef lemon kick with an aftertaste of Worcestershire.
It’s definitely some quality beef jerky and worth every dollar. Bags were $20 a piece for an 8oz bag.
