Did you know June 18 is International Sushi Day? It was launched in 2009 to encourage consumers and food manufacturers around the world to try and enjoy sushi recipes.
Wichita is home to many different sushi restaurants. I wanted to highlight many of those options in hopes of inspiring people to try different places around town. This list encompasses nearly all the sushi options to be had around the Wichita area.
