A new restaurant has opened in Park City. Ray’s Food Express which was operating as a food truck has decided to close down their mobile trailer and take over the space previously occupied by Arbuckle Mountain Fried Pies at 1542 E 61st N. They officially opened in their new location last week.
Ray’s Food Express started back in 2020 and serves catfish, BBQ, chicken wings and tenders, and more.
Their hours of operation are Tuesday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m and closed on Monday.
