A visual guide to Lucinda’s in Old Town

Lucinda’s

While in Old Town some friends urged that I go stop inĀ Lucinda’s. It’s just another one of many local businesses I’ve heard of but never stepped inside. To be honest, I had no idea what they even sold or specialized in but a quick google search brought me to their webpage where their first business description said, “A quirky mix of clever things”. Who doesn’t love clever things?

Lucinda’s is located at 329 N. Mead in Old Town on the same side as Hana, Sabor and Todd Brian’s.

Upon walking inside, it was just that. The store had a bit of everything. There were cheeky gifts, distinctive, unique and local clothing and shoes, jewelry, accessories for you and your home. It’s one of those stores you could find something for yourself and every single person you know.

I walked through the store to browse around at everything they had. In the simplest of terms, Lucinda’s is best described as a gift shot, clothing store and boutique.

There were stuffed animals and items readily available for Easter baskets. A complete boutique of unique clothing and jewelry which include Wichita-themed tops. There were sunglasses, socks, mugs, books, koozies, artwork, games, and more.

Lucinda’s was a bright, colorful and inviting space right in the heart of Old Town.

Check them out for yourself, their hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. For more, be sure to follow them on Facebook.
