After the first Jersey Mike’s Subs opened in March 2020, it was only a matter of time until a second one popped up. The next location will finally check off an item on the city of Derby’s restaurant wishlist.
Jersey Mike’s confirmed on their webpage that a new one is coming to 1918 North Rock Road in what I believe to be the former Jury Eye Care. It’ll be in the same strip center as Buffalo Wild Wings and Crumbl Cookies.
This is big news for the city that has three Subways as their primary option for sub sandwiches.
No opening date has been set but I’ll keep poking around to see what I can find. Stay tuned for more.
