I don’t have a lot of information on the new business yet but wanted to get something out there in case people had questions like “What’s going on at this place?”
Over at 1912 E Pawnee in the same strip that holds Xing Xing and Cafe LA is a new cafe in the works.
The new unnamed business is being opened by a couple who will be selling Taiwanese-style milk and bubble tea along with other assorted beverages. Everything is in the early stages of the planning.
At the current moment, they are renovating the space that sits at the west end of the strip center. The interior is being worked on and the plan is to have the space open by late Summer.
Once I hear more, I’ll be sure to pass it along.
