Be on the look out for a new food truck that will soon be hitting the streets of Wichita. Vella’s Exotic Egg Rolls is coming in the near future and is specializing in zany and inventive egg roll creations.
Their webpage recently launched which includes a menu of their creations. Some of their egg rolls includes a Chicken and Steak Fajita Egg Roll, Caribbean Jerk Chicken Egg Roll, Beefy Nacho Egg Roll and a Birria Egg Roll.
At this point, the truck is expected to open at the end of May or early June.
I must admit, I’m quite excited for this food truck. As many of you know, I’m all about fusion foods that combine different combinations for something unique. So, when Vella’s Exotic Egg Rolls opens, I’m there.
