It’s a restaurant that has been trying to open for all of 2021. After multiple delays and problems trying to find employees, Los Cunados Mexican Restaurant is set to open this weekend.
The restaurant is located at 4559 N. Woodlawn in the former Bob & Luigi’s space. I reached out to see if they could provide a menu but haven’t received a response yet. From what I’m told though, it sounds like it will be a Tex-Mex style restaurant mixed in with some traditional Mexican favorites. I also haven’t heard the exact grand opening day but I believe it will be Friday and will update this blog should I hear something solidified.
In the meantime, there was also some confusion on Bob & Luigi’s. Although the Woodlawn location closed some time ago, there is still a separately owned and operated Bob & Luigi‘s in Andover.
Be on the lookout for a first look once they open.
