■ Avenue Art Days Launch Party | August 17
The FREE, family-friendly festivities are on Tuesday, August 17th from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the I-135 underpass (just West of East High and South of Douglas) We’ll announce this year’s artists, serve up some delicious, local eats and drinks provided by Intrust Bank, auction some original, local artwork (generously donated by Harris & Co.) and feature some incredible live music from Craig Owens and Dale Black.

1 Million Cups at Groover Labs | August 18
1 Million Cups is a free, weekly national program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. Every Wednesday morning at 8:45 a.m., one or two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisors.

Lynn Avants at the Cowboy Inn Saloon | August 18

Food Truck Thursdays at Exploration Place | August 19
Food Truck Thursdays takes place every Thursday at Exploration Place. Different food trucks will be on hand every Thursday.
