Did you know there’s a dessert shop at the west end of Clifton Square that sells raw cookie dough? The No Bake Cafe specializes in cookie dough that is safe to eat. Because it is not made with eggs, diners can enjoy one of the treats they may have grown up eating while baking cookies with their parents. I remember all the times sitting on the kitchen counter with my grandmother and licking the leftover cookie dough. Now, I can have more than just a spoonful.

At The No Bake Cafe, there are many flavors to choose from such as chocolate chip, sugar cookie, brownie batter, monster cookie, cookies and cream and peanut butter cup. Cookie dough can be purchased in scoops or even in pints. Gluten free, vegan, keto and sugar free options can be purchased as well at an added cost.
We’ve gone before and purchased the scoops, but this time we went all out and bought some pints. We had a pint of brownie and chocolate chip.
Cookie dough isn’t a treat that is enjoyed by all, but for those that do like it will love it. Two of the kids at home were big fans. They loved the rich, dense, and creamy flavor of it. It’s starkly different from other treats like yogurt and ice cream, so this was a nice change of pace for us. The pints offered so much cookie dough that the kids were able to enjoy it over a few day span. They said it was best enjoyed in doses, so they would graze on it throughout the day.
Clifton Square has plenty of dessert options and The No Bake Cafe offers something that you cannot find elsewhere. Their offering was truly unique.
