Have you been trying to get your hands on the elusive PlayStation 5?
One of the very rare opportunities to get your hands on one locally (and at retail price) takes place Thursday morning, September 23.
The east Wichita Best Buy location at 2111 North Rock Rd will have a limited quantity of both versions of the PlayStation 5 available along with the Xbox Series X.
Here’s how the system will work:
Blue Shirts at participating stores will begin handing out tickets at 7:30 a.m. local time* that morning. They will ask you which console you wish to buy, and hand out one ticket per purchasing customer in line. If you receive a ticket, you will be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase the console for which you have received a ticket. While in the store, you will also be able to buy games or gaming accessories in addition to your console. Consoles are limited to one per purchasing customer.*
It’s likely people will be waiting in line fairly early similar to Black Friday.
