Red Robin and their bottomless steak fries are coming to west Wichita

Call it another win for west Wichita. The chain known for gourmet burgers and bottomless steak fries, Red Robin, is coming to the west side of town.

They will be taking over the former Fisher Lumber Co. space at 7355 W. Taft which is just west of Twin Peaks and near Chick-fil-A and Lowe’s.

It’ll be the latest chain to pop up in what I call the West Side Chain District near Taft & Ridge Road which houses popular chains like IHOP, Golden Corral, Twin Peaks, Cheddar’s, Chick-fil-A, Abuelo’s, Rib Crib and Cracker Barrel.

Red Robin has been in Wichita for close to two decades, so it’s been a long time coming for a second location’s arrival. At the moment, it looks as though their opening will take place in either the winter or spring of 2022.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
