After the first Jersey Mike’s Subs opened in March 2020, it was only a matter of time until a second one popped up. The next location was confirmed for city of Derby where it will open at 1918 N. Rock Road sometime this year.
The question then came when is one coming out west? The answer is “coming soon”.
Jersey Mike’s confirmed on their webpage that a new one is coming to 2616 N. Maize Road in the same strip that holds Long John Silvers.
No time frame has been given on when it will open but at least west siders can cross one restaurant off their wishlist
