If you drive down south Seneca, there are many delicious restaurants to choose from. It’s an eclectic selection of places to eat. Unfortunately, the stretch of eateries is now down one with the closing of Pho Lotus.
They were your traditional Vietnamese restaurant, serving all the classics. Pho Lotus is a place holds a memory of significance for. It was our dinner the day I found out I was going to have a baby girl. For that alone, I’ll always remember Pho Lotus.
The restaurant was located at 1523 S. Seneca St. As of last week, signage inside was gone, the signage outside has been faded for years, and they looked to be moving out equipment and seating. Since then, phone lines have been disconnected and their Google listing was marked as permanently closed.
If you loved Pho Lotus, perhaps check out Pho Le’s Noodles & Sandwiches at 6540 E. Central. There’s a connection between the two restaurants, as it’s owned by the same family.
