I’m a little late to the party on this one, but on September 24, Two Olives announced they would no longer be operating at their original location of 2949 N. Rock Road at Comotara Center.
They finalized a new location at 1540 S Webb Road where Two Olives will soon reside. Until then, the restaurant has temporarily closed. Olive Tree Catering will continue uninterrupted. If you’re looking to inquire about those services, please call 636-1100 or visit olivetreewichita.com.
With Two Olives out of Comotara Center, that left a big void in the shopping center; a void that didn’t last long.
In a big turn of events, Comotara Center made a BIG splash with the announcement that Dollar Tree will be taking over.
You got that right! The discount variety store popular for their range of dollar products with over 15,000 stores across North America will be opening yet another location, right here in Wichita, KS! With over 20 locations in the Wichita area, Dollar Tree is working on having more locations than there are car washes in the city.
I’ll just stop right now and let you take in the excitement for the rest of the day. Until then, I’ll let you know when I hear of Two Olives reopening date.
