Bite Size News 11/30/21: Thao’s Bistro, Chico’s, Taco Rio and more

I always see important news regarding restaurants. So, I figured why not put a bunch together when I see it for some quick hits on good things to know like temporary closings, hours changing, vacations, openings, etc.?

Brazita Bites: The food truck specializing in coxinha has closed for the winter. Be sure to follow them on Facebook to see when they’ll reopen.

Thao’s Bistro: Starting December, they will be closed Mon-Thur and only open Fri-Sun, due to staff shortage.

VietNom Nom: Starting Dec 1st, they will have the following hours & services: Mon-Tues: 11a-2pm (Carry out ONLY), 3:30p-8:30p (Dine in & Carry out), Wed: 3:30p-8:30p (Dine in & Carry out), Thurs: Closed, Fri: 11a-2p (Carry out ONLY), 3:30p-9p (Dine in & Carry out), Sat: 11a-9p (Dine in & Carry out) and Sun: Closed

Taco Rio: They have been closed for a family emergency, but will reopen on December 1.

Chico’s Mexican Restaurant: Their restaurant hours are now Tuesday 11-3pm; 5-8pm, Wednesday 11-2pm, Thursday and Friday 11-2pm; 5-8pm; Saturday 2-8pm and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Country Kitchen Restaurants: Unfortunately, due to lack of staff, they have made the very difficult decision to change their restaurant hours. They will now only be open from 6am-10am effective immediately.

Kimchi Korean Restaurant: After having to close due to a surgery, the owners of Kimchi are back and have re-opened their restaurant.

Smitty’s Carry Out: The Kingman restaurant will now be closing at 3pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
