Breakfast, mimosas and bloody marys are coming soon to Jumbo's Beef & Brew

They have made quite the impression on Wichita with their wings, Italian beef sandwiches and wagyu beef burgers. But any successful business owner knows that you must continue to innovate and evolve and that’s what Jumbo’s Beef & Brew plans to do.

The restaurant located at 3750 N. Woodlawn will soon be expanding their hours and serving breakfast. Owner, Kayson Chong, wants to show the city he can do more than just burgers and wings. He’s long wanted to do breakfast and decided to finally give it a go.

With Jumbo’s one-year anniversary taking place on December 1st, what better way to celebrate than a menu expansion?

Before then though, they will have a soft opening of their breakfast menu starting on November 29. Breakfast hours will be from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. The restaurant will close for thirty minutes and reopen for lunch at 11 a.m. Once they get the process running smoothly, Chong said he will then open for breakfast seven days a week.
