There’s a new food truck that’s hitting the streets of Wichita called Cheezepanzee. It may look familiar to some as it is the old B.S. Sandwich Press truck. Also, familiar are the owners who run Funky Monkey Munchies and Cousin Hector’s.
That’s right, with the closing of long-time sandwich truck, Lisa and Eddy Palacios have taken over the truck, whipped up a new menu and outfitted the vehicle with a cool wrap job. Their motto is “Melting Hearts & Warming Souls”.
If you love all things cheese, there’s no shortage of it at Cheezepanzee. Here’s a look at their menu:
They were out briefly over the weekend, and I arrived just a little too late and didn’t get to try the food. I did manage to snap a picture of their Piggy Mac meal which was a creamy mac n cheese dish with slow roasted pork and truck made BBQ sauce.
