What happens to clothes after they die; is there life after death? That’s where The Hereafter comes in. They are the self-proclaimed, heaven, hell, purgatory, limbo, the spirit world and great beyond for clothes.
As described on their website, The Hereafter is owned and operated by two kooky fashion enthusiasts (Hallie and Danny) who really just want to create a fun, affordable, ethical and inclusive place for all of Wichita’s weirdos, freaks, superstars and label-defying beings to buy and sell vintage, secondhand, and one-of-a-kind clothing items.
From accessories to art to even cassette tapes, they have it all on top of all the vintage and modern clothing. The resale shop is a sustainable, trendy and alternative fashions, and a queer friendly space. They also encourage artists and designers to consign with them.
