The 2022 NBC World Series returns this week!

NBC World Series

A long-time tradition is returning this week, it’s the 2022 NBC World Series.

Mark your calendars for July 28 to August 6. The near two-week stretch starts in Hutchinson on Thursday, July 28th. The first four days of games which start at Noon each day take place at Hobart-Detter Field until July 31.

From there, the NBC World Series, powered by Evergy (always have to shout out the sponsors, right?), moves to Eck Stadium at Wichita State University for the final days of the tournament from August 1 to August 6.

The NBC World Series is America’s premiere summer collegiate National Championship, where over 800 past players have gone on to play in the Majors, including Ozzie Smith, Albert Pujols, Ozzie Smith, and Roger Clemens. Some of you may remember Clemens returning to Wichita to play a handful of years ago in the tournament as part of the MLB Stars team.

Individual tickets in Hutchinson are $12 per day, which includes your ticket to all four games that day. Individual tickets in Wichita are $9 per day for general admission, or $12 per day for reserved seating. A ticket is good for the day’s full schedule of games. Oh yes, and parking is free! Tickets are available now at nbcbaseball.com.

Throughout the NBC World Series, youth who wear their youth team baseball/softball jersey to a game will receive free entry when accompanied by a paid adult.
