Please mark your calendars for August 27. It’s CAREfest. The event that is the leading fundraiser event for Heartspring who is a non-profit organization serving children with special needs and developmental disabilities.
The all-day festival is filled with tons of events that all goes towards a great cause, most of which is included with a $5 general admission or $10 on the day of the event. Children 5 and under are free. Tickets, which can be purchased here, will allow you to be a part of the Autism CARE Walk, the PedalFest 5K Family Ride, food trucks, Spring City Kids’ Area, live music including a concert by Groove 42, and plenty of summer activities for people of all ages.
It’s truly a full day of festivities.

There are some other events throughout the day such as the PedalFest 25k, 50k, and 100k bike rides, a CAREfest car show and 5k that have an additional cost. Regardless, you can be sure your ticket, whether it’s $5 for general admission or $30 for a 5K run, will help Heartspring’s fundraising goal. Funds raised go back to benefit the children and families in our community who are served at Heartspring.
