I love it when a business brings the charm, and that’s exactly what Wildflower Coffee has done in Valley Center. The coffee shop is technically a trailer that sits inside a renovated mechanic shop. What they’ve done with the shop was a quaint, inviting little spot to enjoy a cup of joe.

As you walk inside Wildflower Coffee, you’ll find the trailer towards the back of the shop and plenty of seating throughout the space.
As you can guess, all orders are taken at the trailer.
Then you pick up your order at the other end of the trailer.
At the recommendation of the barista who I believe was also the owner, I went with the Tennessee Latte. I was told it was their most popular drink. Since I don’t know left from right when it comes to coffee or life, I said sure at the suggestion.
I don’t review coffee, but also had no problem finishing it. The drink went down smoothly.
I’ll leave the coffee ratings to the true coffee drinkers. I’m just here to let you all know of a relatively new option around town.
