Wichita deserves a restaurant week of its own, and that’s exactly what the Junior League of Wichita set out to do with their Taste of Wichita.
The event, which takes place from November 4 to 13, gives diners the opportunity to visit restaurants over 10 days and purchase meals at a set price. The menus, listed at tasteofwichita.org, feature lunch specials or three-course dinners at either $15 or $30.

Wine Dive + Kitchen – 4714 EE Douglas Avenue
Taste of Wichita is a fundraiser for the Junior League of Wichita and a wonderful way to celebrate the diverse dining options that Wichita has to offer. The ten days of dining has tons of specials from fine dining to crafted cocktails to light lunch offerings.
If you’ve been wanting to try out different restaurants, this is a great way to do it at a discounted rate. Plus, you’re dining for a cause, which is always a bonus.
A percentage of the proceeds from each menu item will be donated to the Junior League of Wichita; an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
