Huge news for the city of Derby this afternoon following a news release from the city. What do the people of Derby want? A steakhouse. And what will they be getting? Morgan’s Steakhouse.
In the news release, it was mentioned that in connection with the proposed Derby, Kansas Final Phase STAR Bond, A&M Management, LLC is pleased to announce its intent to open a new steak restaurant in Derby. President John Arnold and his management group will be opening Morgan’s Steakhouse.
The project which is a new restaurant built from scratch is anticipated to include a 4,999 sq. ft. space that will seat approximately 188 patrons and will be located east of Rock Regional Hospital, adjacent to Rock Road.
“We want to continue the local restaurant passion by expanding down Rock Road – making it easier to bring everyone together regularly,” said John Arnold, President of A&M Management Group.
The much anticipated steakhouse will serve favorites such as ribeyes, filets, T-bones, sirloins, strip steaks, ribs, red skin mashed potatoes, cheesy bacon French fries, rotating vegetable features, freshly baked bread with honey butter, and customizable salads.
No timetable was given on when the restaurant is set to open.
