If you’ve been following the bin store craze, it’s time to add another to the list with the arrival of Bin Shop’n coming to Towne West Square.
Bin stores have been on the rise nationally and locally, receiving overstock or returned items from places like Amazon, Target and other big box stores. According to the press release, Bin Shop’n takes pride in the way they receive, sort, and process items, ensuring a quality customer experience. Items are pre-sorted at their Hutchinson, Kansas warehouse and then distributed to their store locations. This process ensures that each store location is getting a balanced variety of the items they sell. Bin Shop’n also assembles furniture items to ensure there are no broken, damaged, or missing pieces.
“Exciting news! We are thrilled to bring Bin Shop’n to this community and Towne West, specifically with a meaningful mission to provide shoppers with an unforgettable, elevated experience,” offered Nicole Heneha, business and operations manager.
Beginning Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 9 a.m., shoppers can enter the new Towne West location from the north-facing, Maple Street entrance. Thousands of items will be available in the $7.99 bins, and $3.99 clothing racks and shoes. Individually priced furniture, home décor, small appliances and electronics also fill the store. Bin Shop’n will be open five days a week, and bin prices will drop Monday-Thursday down to $0.99. Each week the store will be closed to reset and restock on Fridays.
Progress at Towne West continues after opening ten new spaces in 2022. Recent additions include Klassic Fadez Barbershop, Rina’s Vanities & Boutique, Doughmaha, and Rebellious Rose. “It’s exciting to welcome so many existing businesses to Towne West. It is a different atmosphere from even a year ago and we have more changes ahead.” Mall manager, Charley Cooper, continues to see a rise in interest in the property.
