The Brickyard is having a fundraiser/benefit on June 28 starting at 8 pm for one of their employees who passed away at an early age.
Walter Thonen was self employed and also worked at the Brickyard for six years. He passed away suddenly on June 14. Friends described him as a super great gentle giant. He left behind his wife who was a stay at home mother and two beautiful children.
If you are free on Sunday June 28 and feel like “doing good” or helping out in a good cause, stop by the Brickyard on Sunday June 28 at 8 pm. The Brickyard is located at 129 N Rock Road.
There is no cover but donations are encouraged with donations going to his family. A portion of all other sales at the Brickyard will also go to Walter’s Family.
Monterey Jack will be on hand for a special live performance if you would also like to hear some good music.
