Pizza options are plenty in Wichita. The nice thing about pizza is there are so many different styles of pizza and a new one is coming to town.

Their hours will be Tuesday – Thursday 5pm – 9pm, Friday – Saturday 5pm – Midnight, Sunday Noon – 6pm. Closed on Monday.

What makes Piatto different is they will specialize in authentic Naples-style pizza. Their pizza dough is also made on hand which you will likely be able to tell by the taste alone. Excited yet?
Well get ready. I made a call over to Piatto and it looks like they are on track to open the day after Election Day… so November 9th. Of course with any restaurants, that is subject to delay but mark that tentative date on your calendar. You will for sure want to keep an eye on their Facebook page to stay in the know.
