Last year, the Girls Scouts announced there would be a new cookie added to the mix. Now the first known sales of cookies by Girl Scouts was in 1917 so it only makes sense to release a new cookie that could possibly overtake all the other cookies as the best ever.
Here is the new S’mores cookie!

Our new crispy graham cookie double dipped in yummy crème icing and finished with a scrumptious chocolatey coating (WHOA!) is one more delicious way to support her next adventure!
These babies are vegan and free of artificial colors, preservatives, and partially hydrogenated oils.
At $4 a box, they will be available to all in Wichita on February 11. Patience isn’t exactly my greatest trait so I want to thank the Girl Scouts of Las Cruces, NM for mailing me a few boxes before they arrived here in town.
Some regions may get a different version of the S’mores cookies. There are two different kinds since there are two different bakers. I’m glad we have this version because it looks and probably tastes so much better.
I immediately reached out to my nieces and called for an emergency meeting of the “Girl Scout Cookie Taste Testing Club”. It was dire that we jump into these cookies right away.
After grabbing a couple cookies, my nieces were speechless. They were more focused on eating cookie after cookie than giving me any input or feedback.
The marshmallow flavor is very subtle but enough to be deemed a S’mores cookie. The flaky graham cracker surrounded by a delicious chocolate coating is a strong argument to prove that Heaven is real. It was one of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had and the three of us couldn’t stop. When I say couldn’t stop, I mean goodbye box of cookies.
For the sake of science, I brought a box of the S’mores cookies to work to get a second opinion. The feedback on the cookie always started with “Delicious!”, followed by co-workers grabbing a second cookie, followed by comments forgoing their current diet, followed by grabbing another cookie. One colleague told me she wanted to take a couple cookies home to her son. I need to follow up with her son to see if those cookies ever made it home. I would have said the same thing if it meant free S’mores cookies and I don’t even have any kids!
Mark your calendars for February 11. I’m sure sales will be strong for the new Girl Scout S’mores so get a hold of them while they’re hot!
