There’s a new food truck coming to Wichita in July called Manny’s Mexi-Kan Kitchen.
While details are pretty limited at the moment, the new truck is owned by a local couple. They will be serving out tacos, quesadillas, burritos, steak fries and nachos. Here the most up to date menu.
According to one post I saw, they will be situated downtown near Douglas & Emporia and are aiming for a July 4th weekend opening.
