There’s a new sushi restaurant coming to the east side of Wichita at 8065 E Peachtree Lane, near the northeast corner of Kellogg and Rock Road.

Sapporo is the latest sushi restaurant brought to you by the owners of Sake which closed down in 2016.
I spoke to the owners and as of now they plan to open on July 20. As we know with many restaurant openings that could always change but as of now that is the date they’ve chosen.
Sapporo will feature many of the same dishes they served at Sake.
